Could anyone tell me if a 94 - or any year - Lincoln Mark VIII is supposed to have an air dam or deflector underneath the lower part of the radiator support? There is a row of holes there and I assume this is for an air dam much like a Camaro, etc. might have. The dealer says no but a couple of pics I looked at appeared to show one. If not, any idea what the row of holes (8 of them) are for? Thank you in advance for any info. huh.gif

If I remember right, in 92 there were a couple of levels of the VIII LSC and the Bill Blass. I believe the Sport model of the VIII had ground effects underneath the bumper. Like all manufacturers the cars are all made pretty much the same so you will have holes and plugs that yours may not use, but a different model VIII will.

Joey,

you are right, I miscounted the number of I's.... Sorry!

After doing a very quick search, I found that the Mark VIII was infact sold with two versions the Coupe and the LSC. Whether or not the LSC had an air Dam or ground effects I can not say.... Sorry for the mis-information, maybe I should get a job with the DNC or the RNC.........
