I'm wanting to run an LSD with 4.10 gears in my 2000 LS.
I've read that my 8" ring gear will bolt on to a ford 8.8 LSD carrier. but what i would like to find out is will the ford 8.8 ring and pinion fit inside my 8.0 housing? if so then all i have to do is get an LSD and 4.10 gears for an 8.8. just wondering if anybody has tried it or knows for sure?
