I just purchased a new 2009 Lincoln MKX AWD and my driver seat controls are not responding. I attempted everything that the owner's manual say about the seat adjustment set up, activation and de-activation but still I can't get any of the 3 adjustment control buttons to responde; can anyone help me out?

U should contact the dealer ASAP. As this is a new car. It should be free service for u.
