I have a 2003 Navigator and it's down on the drivers side but perfect on the passenger side. The odd thing is that some days it's perfect and on other days it's like I stated before. The weird thing is that on the days when it's at the proper height the A/C is on. It's never at it's proper height when the A/C is not on. How strange is this. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hey, I own a 03 navigator and lately Ive been noticing suspension issues below 34 degress. When i turn on the vehicle, it takes about 20-25 minutes to raise the front ( rear picks up right away), after I park and turn off the vehicle it starts dropping but as soon I open a door it stops, close the door again it will continue to drop. If you leave door open it will stay up for about 1hr then it will continue to drop. Or If i park and turn off suspension switch in the back and then turn off vehicle, it will stay up for 1hr ....I checked bags for leaks and checked conection to airbags and it look good, but i hear the air escaping around compressor, could this be a sensor or anything that has to do with door.??? anything will thanks chuloadt1316@yahoo.com

the system is programmed not to raise or lower with any doors/hatch open. That's normal.

as far as your system not working under 34 degrees sounds like one or more of your ride height sensors have moisture in them. which would mean they need to be replaced. at about $300 a piece.

i have an 04 navigator. my question is concerning the air suspension. recently i noticed the rear passenger bag deflating pretty quickly, i have replaced the solenoid due to leaks i found up by the compressor. all 4 bags inflate to the proper level, but the rear passenger always deflates within minutes. the solenoid is meant to hold or contain the proper air level in the rear spring correct? it opens when the computer senses the bag is lo that being said, an air line leak at the front Y fitting when the engine is off

i have an 04 navigator. my question is concerning the air suspension. recently i noticed the rear passenger bag deflating pretty quickly, i have replaced the solenoid due to leaks i found up by the compressor. all 4 bags inflate to the proper level, but the rear passenger always deflates within minutes. the solenoid is meant to hold or contain the proper air level in the rear spring correct? it opens when the computer senses the bag is low and closes when its filled. that being said, an air line leak at the front Y fitting when the engine is off should not effect the rear bag. and actually the front Y fitting connects the 2 front springs to the T fitting then runs to the drier. its almost like the air it traveling from the rear passenger air bag thru the rear Y fitting, up to the T fitting it the front and leaking out of the front Y fitting. Figured the new solenoid would fix this issue, maybe a faulty pigtail connector? the driver rear stays inflated and doesnt seem to have any issues currently. this is driving me nuts.

ive also checked the airbag itself. even with both wheels off the ground and the switch off. i soaked the extended air spring with soapy water and kinda squeezed the bag by hand, no leaks. not at the solenoid, not the top or bottom o-rings. like i said it seems like the air is backtracking to the compressor which the solenoid should prevent right?
